Recall the Fleeting Years

Evelyn leaves her seaside hometown to work at an opera house in Manhattan. She seeks a life of her own, yet remains bound by her ties to her mother. Her return brings childhood memories together with the experiences of her years away. Her mother’s silence, her own choices and their different understandings of love and sacrifice form an unfinished conversation. The film searches for what these two women have not yet been able to say to one another.
